Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Transporter Rentals, we aim to provide reliable, comfortable, and on-time transportation services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.


Booking Cancellation & Refunds

  • If a client cancels their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the advance payment will be fully refunded.

  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the pickup time, the advance payment may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on vehicle allocation and driver scheduling.

  • Once the vehicle has been dispatched or reached the pickup location, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

  • All refunds are processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Delays, Waiting Charges & Extra Time

  • Each booking includes a fixed number of hours agreed at the time of reservation.

  • If the client exceeds the decided time limit, extra charges will apply per hour.

  • Any additional waiting time, route changes, or extended usage will also be billed as per our standard hourly rates.

  • Extra charges must be settled at the end of the trip directly with the company or the assigned driver.


No-Show Policy

  • If the client is unreachable or fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
