At Transporter Rentals, we aim to provide reliable, comfortable, and on-time transportation services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.
Booking Cancellation & Refunds
If a client cancels their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the pickup time, the advance payment may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on vehicle allocation and driver scheduling.
Once the vehicle has been dispatched or reached the pickup location, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
All refunds are processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Delays, Waiting Charges & Extra Time
Each booking includes a fixed number of hours agreed at the time of reservation.
If the client exceeds the decided time limit, extra charges will apply per hour.
Any additional waiting time, route changes, or extended usage will also be billed as per our standard hourly rates.
Extra charges must be settled at the end of the trip directly with the company or the assigned driver.
No-Show Policy
If the client is unreachable or fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
